I am addicted to a business that will never ever stop taking little pieces of my sanity from me. Do I love what I do? YES. People ask how I do it? How do I manage 2 kids, a Husband, and a store all at once. I just do. It's getting it all done and making it through another holiday season with a FAT bonus check at the end of December that makes it all worth it. The incentives, the free clothes.... the Fashion, The passion for Fashion.. AHHHHH!!! ;o)
I got an award today. I won District Performer of the Month!!! Big accomplishment. Out of 10 Store Managers in my District, they picked me. I had been working like a slave at Aventura under my Old Boss for 2 whole years and never felt appreciated. No awards, no recognition, just more work. Getting out of there was the right move. I feel so accomplished. I'm so proud of me!!!
